I want t go to Pandan Island (western Mindoro) and then go diving on Apo reef. But I am worrying that dive master will not allow me to join a dive safari, because I am a beginner (with only few dives) - and the long trip to this site will be worthless...
Is diving in Apo reef also for beginners, or it is only for advanced divers ?
