Any body know where i can get one from at a reasonable price and reasonable shipping cost? Is there a hack out there that people use instead of the tool besides a rubber glove?

The radius tool doesn't work well. I tied it with n success.

Just screw the cover plate back on hand tight (yeah the Apeks logo is crooked but now you can at least unscrew it by hand)

Again with tools, more with tools, tools break plastics, no people break plastics

I can't remember how I do mine, but I do remember that I shave a few thou from the back of reg face plates

You noticed, that's flash, I got Martin to make it for me, first Apeks one he'd done, it's in his catalogue

Before I got this,
I would use a pair of Large needle nose pliers in a vise held open at just the right width to fit in the cover and then twist. Never had an issue doing this. I could never get the rubber glove trick to work.
