Apeks XTX 50 as bailout regs on 60 metre dives?

I use them for bailout and for dil and inflation supply on every dive — up to 400 ft / 120 m so far.
 
Yeah, good regs. You'll see them often on tech setups. However, everything depends on how well the reg is tuned. You can have a very nice reg, like the one you've mentioned, tuned like crap.
 
I actually bailed out at 90 meters about 300 feet during my MOD4 training. No issues at all.

I wouldn't worry - Apeks is rather well known amongst divers in Europe, including tech world. Fingers crossed it will survive the Aqualung saga...
Have developed fetish myself, currently on Tungsten's/Black Sapphire and XTX50/DST combos. Even at 100, zero issues including during BO from 80m or so. As long as its in good shape it will work like a charm. Service kits are also widely available.
