I recently got a Apeks WTX harness with the WTX3 wing. The wing has a dump valve on the lower left side but no dump valves up top.

In a normal situation, the dump will be controlled through the corrugated exhaust valve during ascension. What about in emergency situations or if the air needs to be dumped faster in to control a fast ascent?

I think the chances are rare and the lower dump valve will work but just in case.

and then use your corrugated exhaust valve as normal.

Most wings are designed the same way.

The corrugated exhaust hose will dump air much faster than the back exhaust valve.

Besides if the inflator was ever stuck "on" you are going to want to have your hand on the inflator anyway, so you can detach the inflator hose's quick release. You practice that occasionally, right?

If it is really a big enough of an emergency perhaps you shouldnt dump air and get to prop level. The inflator hose dumps air fast enough but if it has you worried I have heard about people replacing the elbow with a dump equiped fitting not sure how well those work or off of which BCD they got it off of.
