I love the Apeks Exotec I just got. However - for whatever reason - the BioReact articulation bolt came loose and I need to source parts to replace the lost bolt/rubber grommet/whatever. I've tried pinging Apeks and Aqualung both and am not having very much success. I bought it NIB on eBay, so the seller isn't going to be any help. I'd love some suggestions. I very much like the BCD. When it works. Help!

Anything, with a BioReact articulation bolt is bound to come loose, making sourcing parts

Same problem with no luck so far. One thing I found is a recall and a fixer for the washers.
