I have never seen a turret fail. Has anyone actually seen this? I'm for the turret.
I've had one "fizz" at the swivel point. Very slight, and the reg didn't "fail" at depth. I lost maybe 25 psi throughout the course of the dive, and it breathed just fine. Since it was due for annual service anyway, I sent it in and got it serviced ... haven't had a problem with it since.

FWIW - I just replaced the DS4's on my doubles rig with MK25's ... I like the way they route better.

seems like the DST offers some slight benefit under certain uses. In my research, have not seen anything negative on the DST per say, just more comments along the lines of "DS4 is great". have also not heard of one failing outright. Therefore... leaning to DST -
