Apeks BP/Wing

I have a WTX singles wing, I forget the lift. With an AL80 it taco's a bit much, and the std inflator is too long, your left d ring needs to go way too far down your chest to keep it streamlined. It also has a weird little strapping bit on the lower side which pinches the wing a bit and is not adjustable.

It's serviceable, and I've modded the corrugated hose to suit but you could do better straight out the box.

Yes, I'm an instructor for the shop. Which is why I was giving the Apeks gear a shot. According to my research, Apeks regs seem to be a favorite amongst the tech/dir community, but the BP/W's not so much. I've had many recommendations for DSS, Halcyon, etc... Since my shop carries neither, I'm faced with a couple of issues. One, boss wants me in shop gear with students... makes sense. Second, I don't get the killer deal on the gear we don't sell.

Looks like I should start pitching some DSS and Halcyon to the boss! LOL.

Well, I decided to go with just about all Apeks (regs, plate, sta, one-piece harness, etc...) so this should make the shop happy. But I will be going with a different wing. Most likely HOG or OxyCheq. I hope this will get the boss interested in selling some other gear. Thanks everyone!
