Okay, just talked to my LDS, they said it is a minor adjustment to get it to freeflow when on + and dialed out CCW, and that they can tune it up for me.

Just curiosity here, but can you ask them what the IP was before and what it was set to after?

IP was 135 before and after. It was a minor adjustment that anyone could do. It had nothing to do with IP.

135 is 9 bar

so that what you should have

9.5 is the perfect but its only .5 bar not a big deal

this is only my opinion

If the regulator is properly tuned and the venturi is working properly, it MUST freeflow wildly when the venturi is in the + position. Otherwise, there is no venturi action, negating the entire point of the adjustment.

While Phil is correct.....I have found several (of more than one brand with these type adjustments) that won't freeflow without having to set them way out of adj. and resulting in the reg leaking all the time....the spring would be the main source of this problem, but on these regs that are like that setting them to their own max will while not technically correct will still perform well within real world conditions. Just like all things mechanical no two of anything will work exactly the same.....also the type mouthpiece you have installed aftermarket can cause the same effect, again not a concern just a disruption in the designed airflow....most modern regs will work due to better design abilities than regs of even ten years ago, not to say your ten year old reg is a dog....I still use regs older than that and they bring me back .....it's all good...

In my case I did notice a small difference in ease of breathing on the surface after the adjustment (My first dive after the adjustment is tomorrow). He had some type of gauge on his test center that measured cracking resistance when he breathed through it. It did show a difference before and after the adjustment. The adjustment was a very slight; less than 1/4 of a turn of a screw to change it.
