Yeah, yeah, Aol sucks, but there are some things I like. Unlimited Email storage, unlimited photo storage, and a few others things.

1-800-984-6207 24 hrs

Just heard about it, called it on the 24 hour line and changed. Keep everything you have now for free as long as you connect to the net from a different provider - except
>> no 10 hours free dial-up per month, and
>> no telephone support for billing, tech support etc

ALTERNATE PLAN: I do like to phone in on things - in fact phone tech support tonight, and I do like the 10 hours free dial-up a month when needed. Used it in June traveling, and want to be able to use it as needed again. I took that plan for $4.95 a month - less than half what I was paying.

Cancellation Penalty sounds different than it is when they read it to you. It's either $4.95 or $9 if you have more than a month left on the 12 month plan. Not a biggie. :D

Sounds like they had to do something to get a piece of the cable biz. I'm afraid I'm pretty entrenched in this system and don't have a land line anymore so it's still adios AOL for me! I used them for 6 years though.

Sea ya!
