Anyone used the nauticam macro to wide angle lens

Has anyone used the macro to wide angle lens by nauticam? Nauticam MWL-1 Macro to Wide Angle Lens
I was wondering if it was to good to be true. I currently shot a 90mm macro lens with an smc-1 on my Sony a7iii. I have booked a trip on Red Sea aggressor, which I have heard is a lot of larger animals such has sharks and dolphins opposed to macro. I was wondering if this would be suffice for shooting sharks/dolphins or should I continue to look into getting domes for my wide angle lens. Thank you

This lens works with 60mm macro lens, is it going to work with your 90mm?

It will work with 90mm will just have lens FOV than the 150 advertised with a 60mm
