Has anyone ever tried the Cressi Corsica Snorkel? How is it?
Also how does it feel if you attach it under your mask in comparison to a hard plastic tube?

I'm happy with mine, no regrets.

Not sure what you mean by "attach it under your mask" ?

Note that the snorkel comes w/out the "snorkel keeper" which I ended up buying separately.

Glad to hear. How soft would you describe it?
What I meant by "attaching it under your mask" would be to slip it under the strap or even through the holes in the back of your strap (if you have it).
I think that was a design feature Cressi was going for (or at least some claim).

I only ask because I think I may start doing that so I can be more hydrodynamic, currently my hard plastic snorkel is a pain in the head >.<
all pun intended

I love mine.

I keep it in my left drysuit pocket, where it stays unless I need it at the surface. In practice, it works just fine being slipped under my mask strap.

Gotcha. My mask strap is designed somewhat differently then on that picture. I attach the snorkel/snorkel keeper in the same spot though so it doesn't dangle in my face when ascending/descending when freediving.

Good stuff redstrom.
I probably should have asked this sooner. When you attach it further back on ur strap do you swivel your mouthpiece at all or feel any tugging on your snorkel? I'm still working on finding a nice position, but I'm not sure if I can get rid of that weird tugging feeling when I set my snorkel back farther on my head.

Took me a few dives to figure out the best position. Too far back it doesn't fit right in your mouth and water leaks in. Nothing more annoying then when you do a nice long relaxed breath up and suddenly have to clear you snorkel.
