I'm choosing my dives and have a few booked but i'm thinking about doing a night dive as well. Is it worth it? Any recommendations or stories?

Sheraton Caverns is a pretty fantastic night dive out of the Poipu area. Vis' is usually pretty consistent and a favorable depth. It is simply loaded with amazing critters. Turtles, lobsters of diff species, spanish dancer nudibranchs, large morays including nocturnal conger eels etc...

Koloa Landing (shore) is also great though it is going through a cleaning process after a stormy season. It's improving day by day and may be worth considering.

Hope this helps ya out.

Have a great day

We LOVED this as a night dive - as good as or better than daytime!

I think we traded messages already, but really consider Niihau. We had 4 species of sharks both trips last week, multiple monk seals, 3 mantas, tuna, 2 frogfish, Harlequin shrimp, eels, lionfish, octopus, eagle rays, great vis.....it's been awesome!!! You wouldn't regret it!!!
