Anyone recognize this DSV?

I purchased this more than 10 years ago as a spare project but forgot all about it while raising a kid (with the CCR in storage). Since I started getting my Mk 15.5 back to dive ready, I really want to put this to use. Anyone know what CCR this came from? And if so, where I might source the connections and hoses, etc?

And no, that comfo bite is not the original mouthpiece.

Ah, jeez. Think I figured it out. It’s a Mk16 DSV! The new old stock Mk16 hoses with different end diameters I bought on eBay came in yesterday and they fit perfectly so really no other logical explanation
