I think it's a slipper lobster. It has a fringe around the edges. Could be Sculptured slipper lobster but it's hard to tell from the photo. The all green hue and the blue ring around the eyes don't help but I think that is due to the overall color of the photo.

Good call, I think, i did a little photo enhancement and also think it is a Sculptured Slipper.

That would be my guess as well, slipper lobster
