I guess we'll see. It's a rubber seat and with a perfectly centered/round mating face I don't see it being a problem. If's a fairly soft rubber and a decent seat pressure so it should conform to any minor imperfections. If the mating surface was off center I could see having an issue but here I don't. I did vacuum test thus far, will pressure test when I adjust cracking pressure.what do you mean? No orifice imprint on them?
Don’t reuse then as an imperfectly aligned orifice imprint (old and new) — which is the most probable case of it happening will lead to a high cracking effort (or just freeflow)
