Sorry to jump in here, but I just booked a trip for April 16th. Can you give me an idea of water temps at this time of year? Thanks

In that time it should be around 75-80 roughly give or take a few degrees. Actually April & May is the best time of yr. to go there. I've gone at all different times of the yr. and IMHO i've found April & May to be the best. I've only dove there with a skin suit and i've been fine and i get cold easily.

I was there last march and april . I dove several sites on the pacific north including Bat & Catalina the water was not very cold for the most part but we did find thermoclines on almsot every dive , several people on the dive boat considered them very cold .
I hope this helps

I just returned from Playas del Coco where I was diving with Rich Coast Diving. I more than highly recommend this operation! Their equipment, professionalism, prices, boats, staff...everything really, was top notch!
