Happy New Year Francousteau!

**But to tell you the truth, I would not invest $330.00 in that so called dive park.

Peace be with you threw out this year...........

Thank you Allan . . . Happy New Year to you and your family as well!! Wishing you a year filled with safe & fun diving!

"so called dive park" pretty much sums up my feelings about that place as well.

Will you take a 3rd party, out of state check?
Sorry Rick . . . I'll only take a 3rd party, out of state check from someone I don't know.
Happy New Year, my friend! I'm predicting some fun, interesting dives coming up for you in the near future. I'm seeing Florida as your destination.

What am I missing? I've only been there once but it's a decent dive site in my opinion. Is it as good as Clear Springs or even Blue Lagoon. I don't think so but it's a place to dive, the viz can be great at times, there are some cool things to see, and the facilities are adequate.

sorry to be the buzz kill but here is some fine print:

Asking price is for inventory and business. -------------------------------------------------------- 19.6 acres Property, buildings, lake is a lease.($6,000 mo)

:(

Went there once. Never plan to return.

Thanks ReefHound,
It's hard to please everyone as you can see. We have been here providing a place for divers to enjoy for 25 years.
And dealing with texas weather is always iffy. But we do what we can to give the diver a place to practice and improve there skills.
We are not going out of business, infact the park is doing better than ever has, we are just retiering, and would like to start finding a suitable person to take over,
Thanks for your support...CAL
