I dove in and around Bolinao last year. Bolinao is in the neighboring province of Pangasinan. Diving there was not that great, however there are a lot of interesting things to see at UP's MSI facility. I believe that La Union had its diving "Hay Day" while Clark Airfield was an active US Military Base. Unfortunately it has been a victim of much dynamite fishing over the years.......
