i recently returned from a trip there, it was amazing. just hoping we could share some stories. i have to say my favorite was "pats wall" . i did my first 100+ there. safe diving!

Been there a couple of times. I loved it. It's a nice to place for a vacation. The diving was awesome.

Dove GC twice and Bloody Bay wall twice. What a difference! Bloody Bay Wall off Little Cayman makes the reefs around GC look pretty dead. You can really tell that the diver traffic 365 days a year can really take its toll. I'll bet Devils Grotto was really spectacular back in the early 60's, but now pretty bleak as far a live coral. I gathered video from both locations to make a comparison program of the two areas to show the dramatic difference. Bloody Bay Wall just teems with life because of its health and the fact that it doesn't receive the abuse that the reefs around GC get. So, if you really want to experience the Caymans, dive Bloody Bay Wall.

My $.02 - Barracuda2

I agree LC is great, but note that GC is not all the same. I kinda agree with you on the West end on GC, but the North and East haven't had as much traffic and can be great too.

yeah, we dove mainly on the east end, which was very hearty. didnt see another dive boat the entire time. we did however do one off of seven mile beach. after seeing that, i would have to agree about the traffic and damaged reef.

I dove the north wall on GC allot. Great diving. Bloody Bay was even better. I have not been on the east side, but some dives on seven mile are OK.

I like the experience on Cayman, you can drink the water, eat great food, very little drugs, under British rule, and they speak English.

I have been to the Cayman Islands 16 times. My favorite is Randy's Gazebo at Little Cayman, Ghost Mountain at GC. Looking forward to going back in November.

I dove there on a liveaboard and was fortunate to see all 3 islands. Spent most of the week at Bloody Bay on Little Cayman. Also a quick trip to Cayman Brac and a day or so of diving on Grand Cayman. Bloody Bay was incredible. To this day some of the best diving I've done. This was in the mid-90s. Not sure how much its changed, if at all

Yes it is a great place to dive.
I use the " Off The Wall Divers " operation, nothing but great KUDO's for them. Small operation, very accommodating and professional. It's like divering with your best friend.
Send them an email before I go and they pick me up at the dock. They are very reasonable.

Here is there Web site. www.otwdivers.com
