I am really getting the itch to dive, especially since the local ski area closed. What do you all think is the likely hood of diving in April in a wetsuit. I know some people were at a quarry this weekend but I don't know if I could do water temps in the 40's in a wetsuit.

Hey man, I own a drysuit but decided to dive wet this past weekend. I was truely amazed. I think if you had a nice 7mm with a nice hood you would be OK. Come on down with us this Saturday.

I dove Mermet Springs weekend before last in my Bare semi-dry and was toasty in 41 degee water. What made it really sweet was that my LDS was doing drysuit cert dives, complete with leaky rental suits and upside-down divers.

I dived wet all winter long

oh wait......

I live in Florida!

Sorry had to rub it in.

I wish I could come, unfortunately I have to work all day. Besides I haven't bought a wetsuit yet, but I am comtemplating it.
