Not tomorrow, but I am going Thursday. Thinking of doing a shore dive in Hammond. You're welcomed to come join us.

tho' your a bit far from Whitestar Quarry in Gibsonburg Ohio.... :)

Honestly, I'm not sure. I just suggested going SOMEPLACE Thursday because the weather's supposed to be great, and this was what my dive buddy suggested. SO, after tomorrow I'll know whether it's worth it or not.

Thursday was nice. The water temps were upper 50's. First dive - along the breakwater. Lots of fish - some good sized carp.

Second dive was to the ??? wreck. No one seems to know the name. It's about 75 yards (?) off shore, in about 12 feet of water if you hug the bottom. But about as interesting a wreck dive from shore as you're going to get around here. All goes under the "price is right" category. You can see the propellers, and the frame of the boat. Was a nice break from the local quarries and something different while we wait for the next chartered wreck dive.
