Anyone been diving in Jordan?

I'm very interested in this thread also. Please post a report when you return. I'm planning on Diving in Jordan and Israel next year for my big 50th B day.

From the map it looks like we can rent a car and drive from Eilat to Petra. Right? Is it a problem to rent a car and take it across the border? Thanks for letting me tag onto this thread.

No problems to rent a car to Petra but I would recommend to join a group a guided is important in such an amazing place .
it also can take you long time at the border.
