I'm looking for a inexpensive watch to wear while doing stuff like swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, and other outdoorsy things.

I would really like to find one with a water temp function, but I can't seem to find one.

Let me know if you know of anything!

Thanks!

Even if you find one, it's not likely it will be very accurate. Body heat is going the warm it up a good bit. An inexpensive key chain fob would likely be a better choice and a good fit cheaper.

I have a Mosquito dive computer that had the depth sensor go out it goes in to mode and has a temp sensor that works watch works and as does the bottom timer ( or stop watch)
make me an offer and PM me

I use a Casio dive watch. It looks nice and shiny, so I end up wearing it everywhere. It has a temperature sensor on it. True, topside, the temp is never right. It reads your body temp, ambient temp, and splits the difference. At depth though, the water is flowing all around it, and it gives a pretty accurate reading for the temp. My depth gauge has a thermometer on it as well, and the temps always match.
I know you are probably trying to save some $$, we all are. However, good dive computers can be had for cheap. I use an Aeris XR1 NX wrist computer. It has a readout for temp, depth, time, etc. It also has really nice big digits in the readout. It also is nitrox compatible up to 50%. IMO, it would save you from buying a $75 watch now, and then some computer 6 months down the road.

Thanks for the offers guys! but I don't need a dive computer or true dive watch right now, just a watch to wear while I'm playing in the water.

This is the watch I'm considering now. Yes, I know the temp gauge on it is for air temp, but I think I like the tide function.

Any recommendations or idea to where I might find something like this?

Thanks!

Some of the Casio G-Shocks have that feature and they're pretty inexpensive and very rugged watches.
