It is very interesting to hear about a garlic. In western culture, a garlic smell is considered as a unfavorable one. It is commonly used to disparage an Asian community... But, a garlic is getting popular nowadays...:rofl3:

Badger milk is our slang for Jet Fuel... a European import stimulant... probably not something that most folks should take... it's sorta feels like having a heart attack!

oh..they show up in the ER or what?

glad you told me not to drink it.

Cinnamon is supposed to help diabetics need less insulin.

When I was shooting trap competions a general high-grade multi, glucosimine, strong iced tea, (12 bags/quart boiling water) or a 5 shot latte, and enough carrot juice to give a distinct golden cast, per day, not all at once. Sharpened you right up.

Now the high-grade multi, and a few odds and ends as the feeling strikes me. If you think you have a craving you probably do...

I tried creatine, and testosterone boosters to see if I could gain 15 lbs of muscle mass last year. I gained about 8 lbs and stopped.
Now I just do carrot juice (16 oz every day for two years now) and whey shakes with banana. Or if I don't have whey, 6 egg whites, banana and powdered milk.

That creatine stuff is going to keep you out of the Hall of Fame, although I guess the testoserone boosters make you popular at parties down there.

you know, bioidentical testosterone replacement is getting more mainstream....in California anyway. I wonder if you flunk the steroid test if it is physiological range and bioidentical?

Oh..I forgot. Melatonin drops a few times a week. I would take it more often but it's expensive. Probiotics occasionally. (lactobacillus)

I've also heard cinnamon helps boost the immune system. I'll have to double check that to see if I'm remembering that right.
