Any thought about the new mju 1000?

Looking at the specs, I see the following things that may be a problem for underwater photography:
no manual white balance
no aperture or shutter priority -- looks like no manual control at all
only autofocus -- no manual focus
no external flash capability
no raw mode
I've been using a Stylus 400 / mju400 and those are the features I sometimes would like to have. It does sound like the Stylus 1000 has made some good improvements in low light capability.
