ANYWHERE in the Caribbean, expect the weather forecast for JUNE TO OCT to say "thunderstorms and/or rain" every day! It is the tropical season!!!
That said, it will probably rain for less than an hour most days, if at all. RARELY will it rain all day and dive boats still go out as long as the seas are not rocking and rolling which closes the port.
I went the first week of Aug one year and it rained every afternoon for 1-2 hours. We still did every dive every morning, never missed anything. While it was raining we did our showers, our dive logs, went to eat or shop. By late afternoon it was sunny again and the rain had cooled the temps off.

Water temps in Cabo right now are probably 70-ish at best. Viz is probably not too bad. Fall is prime time for both though. There is good diving in Cabo, not great / fantastic but good.

Thank you!

Thanks for the info! I really do not want to go if a tropical depression is on it's way!
