Any Must Stop Places?

Im going to be driving from Delrey beach to the keys in about a week are there any must stop locations along the way? Im a huge parrotthead so Margaritaville is a must. Anything else? Thanks in advance!

If you want to go diving, then stop in to see Capt Gary and Adm Brenda at Conch Republic Divers in Tavernier. Gary is a SB member.

If you're a wreck diver visiting Key Largo, you owe it to yourself to dive the recently uprighted (thanks to Hurricane Dennis) Spiegel Grove in Key Largo.

Since you're going to Margaritaville, I'd also recommend visiting the Southernmost Point in the Continental U.S. (Key West's most popular photo op) and the nearby Butterfly Conservatory (IMO the best $10 attraction in Key West). Both are on the south end of Duval Street.

By all means, put another dollar in Jimmy's pocket, but do yourself a favor, and save your lunch money for B.O.'s Fish Wagon (any local can tell you how to get there). I like to walk around Mallory Square at sunset (no small feat), and then head over to the Schooner Wharf Bar (at the Historic Seaport), to see who's performing. If you don't enjoy crowds, then skip the sunset thing. Enjoy!
