It's not that it's a secret - it's apparently a pretty valuable and productive site for commercial spearfisherman and they (and commercial fishing charters in general) don't make a habit of sharing the coordinates of their honey holes. Anyone could probably find it with enough time and resources, but once the numbers are widely available those spots can get fished out very quickly.

Ok thanks. Didnt realize this stuff was wound so tightly. So if I pay a charter to swim it can I mark the location and go back or not? Just trying to understand the rules with this stuff...
