Yea, I saw the ChicagoTribune article too...was looking for eyewitnesses etc.
However I shouldn't be surprised to see the moronic comments made. Let's see...two deaths there in the last couple months so more investigation needs to be done.(implying the quarry needs to be looked at).
From what I read, the divers surfaced together and then realized through a head count that someone was missing. (hmmm, there is the first problem).
