A nondiver friend from the Pittsburgh area was telling me about Confluence,PA. He said there was a town, Confluence or near there, they built a dam and the town flooded. So now its all underwater and when you dive it, you see all the buildings, the whole town. He said when the water level gets low, you can see the tops of buildings sticking up out of the water. Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of this? Online, I've found that you can dive there, but I can't find anything on what you see. I would appreciate any info, if this is true, its sounds super cool!
