Any help on these tank markings appreciated

Person is selling two LP 95's with the following markings:

M830301-759-073
M830399-852-9-113.

He thinks they maybe are Faber. Btw, we're both in the US.

Any input is appreciated.

01-759-073 serial number, made in 20(01) batch 759, sequence in batch 073

99-852-9-113 serial number, made in 19(99) batch 852, sequence in batch 119, not sure about the other 9

TC3AAM-184/DOT 3AA 2400 Reg 72

TC 3AAM-184 : TC = Transport Canada, 3AAM == steel, 184 bar working pressure

DOT 3AA 2400 Reg 72 : DOT == DOT, 3AA == Steel, 2400 psi working pressure

Reg 72 == not sure I want to say that it is probably REE 72
