Any concerns when mixing reg plugs?

If you're setting up a doubles kit using different brand first stages, does it matter if you intermingle the first stage port plugs if they may be of alloys different from the regulator?

If there is, I reckon I should have seen it by now... I've no idea which reg my port plugs originally came out of, and I use 'em interchangeably between SEA, Conshelf, Titan, Beauchat & Scubapro. Been doing that for more than a few years.
