Any comment on Island View Resort and Carp Island Resort in Palau?

Any comment on them? I have found there is Island View Resort in Peleliu.

Is it good? Any beaches around the resort?
Also any comments on Carp Island Resort? Will it be too hot as rooms are not air conditioned.
