Scuba Toys used to have Aeris XR1's for around $150. Check with them and see if they still have them.

Ooooo, the Atmos 2 might be a winner. So does "with a retractor mount" mean no wrist mount? Would a wrist mount for a discontinued puck like that be difficult to find?

smokn, I have the atmos 2 and it is a nice computer. I would call LP and ask them exactly what they mean.

If you need a mount for it, get this one. It is way better than the factory wrist mount. I have this kind of mount for my compass and am thinking of switching my computer over to the same mount. Tobin's mounts are far superior any other mount on the market.

The battery on the Atmos 2 is easily changed by the user. Scuba Toys sells the tool for it. I lost mine so I use a pair of snap ring pliers and it does the same job.

I have yet to figure out how to use the download now that I have switched to Windows 7 64 bit, but the computer itself works just fine.

I appreciate everyone's offers and input. After thinking it over, I think I'll just go with an analogue depth gauge and wrist watch, save a little more for what I really want, and then use them for backups. I want more tables practice anyway. I'll be closing the thread shortly.
