Searched but didn't find anything. This year I developed a pretty good reaction to some bug bites, requiring antihistamines to treat. Specifically, OTC Allegra (Fexofenadine hydrochloride} and Rx Cephalexin. Anyone know of any issues with these? Or a place I could look it up? I've done a search but didn't see them on any lists.

Thanks

I've never heard of problems with antihistamines or antibiotics. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant.

Main side effects with those would be drowsiness with the antihistamine/Allegra and possible upset stomach/diarrhea with the antibiotic/cephalexin. As far as diving itself neither should be a problem.

Pseudoephedrine is the chemical that can get you busted.
But then I have had a couple of dozen visits with it in my carry-on medicine bag as it's an everyday med for me. It's risky, but I take the risk - with a white pill that includes an antihistamine, never with red pills.
