Anti oxident pills

Hello all
Is it healthy to take natural anti oxident pills before dives usually trimix , where i use high percent of o2 ( 50% 80%) , Does it effects other mechanisms in the body that might affect the decompression times?

It probably is healthy to regularly take a complete antioxidant supplement. As for its effect on decompression times, CNS toxicity or other dive-realted parameters, it very likely makes no difference whatsoever.
