I use the baby shampoo/water and it works great. What took me years to figure out is to not be too skimpy, put a good bit in there, and then give it only one quick rinse. Fog gone.
 
gel style toothpaste works great and leaves the mask "minty fresh". It prevents fog well , doesn't burn the eyes, rinses clear and doesn't leave white deposits as reg. toothpaste does.

I also use spit often and sea drops. shampoo /water in a misting bottle is often used by other divers too.

500 psi is the only thing that works for my wife and I.
Before every trip I give them a good cleaning with something like toothpaste ( paste not gel)
