BDSC:
They do have a shore dive. I didn't try it out myself but the folks who did said it was a decent dive. Quite a few did it as a night dive.

Yes they have a shore dive, but chances are you will only do it once. It is not very good. We enjoy diving the lagoon more than the official shore dive.
