My wife has similar issues (trouble walking, no trouble diving), so thanks for the advice!

Were you able to request a bungalow close to the water taxi ahead of the trip? Or was it "luck of the draw" and based on availability once you arrived on the property?

The trip organizer has brought groups to AKR many times so he is well known and well liked there. He arranged for me to have a bungalow close to the water taxi.

I'm on the property now - we are in #53 on the key and the location is perfect. Very close to the shuttle boat, the pool, and the ice machine!
