another mystery in the grotto - does anyone in the swamp have the answer

David Serafine found this camera south of Bob Wentz diving the grottos recently off of Windy Point.

Does anyone know why this showed up in one of the bigger grottos?

Was the cabling with it too? Maybe an underwater web cam.

My question is, did you have to cut any cables to remove it?

My best guess would be that it was being used from a boat and the cable got tangled. Becky said it is a Russian spy camera.

It was wrapped around a stump. Most likely the able was cut by the owner when it became entangled.

Found another mystery today. A cookie with the initials BRW. Anyone recognize the initials?
