Yes, I'm Indonesian living in Brunei (until end of this week) and will move to KZ next month.
Plenty good dive center in Sanur offer day trip to Tulamben. Honestly I have no experience on day trip to Tulamben. We always stay in Tulamben at least for 3-4 days before move to ther location. Then, my suggestion, stay at least 1 night in Tulamben, keep your schedule open, so you can extend if you wish

Indeed no diving in the aral sea and caspian sea (we'll stay north east of caspian sea).
I will left my gear in Jakarta after my next week diving trip to Palu, Donggala

We're in Donggala Palu right now, probably our last dive trip this year at least to this region
Yesterday, we visited Marantale, 2.5 hrs from our resort, the dive sites have not been named yet - incredible viz, at least 40 or even more - the most beauitiful reef we ever seen so far. But no big fish - all about healthy coral and reef, huge sponges and zillion anthias. Will write a report once we back home.
