the boozing squad, can I please?????

Too many are already in line for the job. Competition would be tough! But the Leader of the Boozing squad's marching band spot is wide open.. :)

Somewhere in the bar-hopping that denegrated into a drunken stupor for my birthday, we found ourselves in an Irish pub in Boston's North End... that had _real_ guiness. Ahh it was pure joy!

Dude! You've got to PM me the name. You can't expect to just say "Oh, there's this place in North End..." and leave me suffering!

Gedunk, please tell me you kid! Surely, you must! Guinness is the ambrosia sent to us by the gods! The stuff is heavenly! Have you ever had a fresh, properly poured pint? A treasure that is next to impossible to obtain in the US, mind you.

-Roman.
Oh man, i see i am seriously outnumbered here. I've only had Guiness from a bottle and it was like drinking 10w-40 on a cold day. Man i could not finish it. And to think i have some Irish in my blood.

Sorry guys, i gotta stick with my Sierra Nevada or Molson anything or most micro-brew pale ales. I guess it's an acquired taste thing.

I'm trying to recall. You know there were quite a few damaged sectors on my mental hard drive after that night.

Lets see, accessing memory playback... Stumble out of the Bell 'n Hand, walk across the street. Try not to run into the holocaust memorial [damn clear glass].

Head up onto City Hall Plaza [w/ city hall to the left] and keep walking straight. Make sure your friends don't push you down the steps towards the fountain.

Walk across another street.

Over there somewhere.

I'm thinkin' it was the "Kinsale"?

Sierra Nevada!!! Been drining it for years!!

But I must say, Guiness is quite yummy.

It seems as thought we are all a bit thirsty on this FRIDAY afternoon.

Ok.. you got a good one with Sierra Nevada, but Molson??? :puke: That's just one step above Hop Flavored Drink. Do they have rats up there in Canada? 'cause I know they squeeze rats around the US, run the resultant liquid past a couple of hops, stick it in a can and call it 'beer'.

Beer doesn't do much for me. Ok, let me run for cover now. :eek:ut:

I'm actually a bourbon kind of gal myself.
