Anilao diving in early Dec

Hi, what kind of weather conditions will one be expected of in early Dec? cold waters?
And I read in this forum that Aquareefclub is highly recommended...does any one has the contact details?

My fiance and I had to be in Manila for a wedding and thought it will be good to hook up a dive trip along.

Would appreciate any form of advices/feedbacks for our trip planning.

cold and dry weather conditions persist from nov to feb and temp ranges from 22C to 25C. unless you get cold easily, 3mm wetsuits are fine.
