They had a sailing regatta there less than 6 months ago. Many of the Sailing Captains thought the water was clear down to 60 feet. They only did snorkeling but the reefs were very clear. Above are the same dive sites from years back. (from the dive shops up North Island) For the latest you can reach out to the Tourism Authority there that cares about the reefs and visit them all the time ok.
