Yeah, that's an apt comparison. Refusing to analyze a tank that's labeled with another mix than what's in it is totally comparable to analyzing after filling, and again while kitting up, and double-checking or declining the tank if the analysis fails to fail within +/-2 percentage points from expected and within +/-1 percentage point from the label.I'm sure Carlos Fonseca would agree with you, maybe you could ask him when you see him.
Totally comparable. Particularly when the mixing equipment makes it virtually impossible to have >40% in the tank.
