Yeah, that's an apt comparison. Refusing to analyze a tank that's labeled with another mix than what's in it is totally comparable to analyzing after filling, and again while kitting up, and double-checking or declining the tank if the analysis fails to fail within +/-2 percentage points from expected and within +/-1 percentage point from the label.

Totally comparable. Particularly when the mixing equipment makes it virtually impossible to have >40% in the tank.

Exactly, the day your current limited cell reads 32% will be the day someone (or yourself) filled the tank with o2.
