American woman dead - Bell Island, Newfoundland

I'm a reporter with Radio-Canada in St. John's, Newfoundland. I'm looking for information about what led to the deaths of any of the three divers off Bell Island in the Summer of 2022. The police and medical examiner are providing no information other than what was shared following the incidents. The medical examiner says the cases are still under review. I want to hear from anyone who may have been present or know people who were, or anyone at all who can shine some light on what happened. I would assume the families of these divers have questions they want answered. It's also possible there was some wrongdoing and if so, those responsible may need to be held accountable. I've met Caroline's family. They know us and have talked to everyone on the boat that day. I know the depth of their grief.
