Hi , where in Amed i will rent tanks & weights ? I would also rent a car in Amed or Tulamben, where do you recomend ?
Thanks for response
Paweł

Hi Pawel.

There are 20 dive shops in Amed. It should be easy to rent weights and tanks overthere. But most of times you dont have to rent the tanks in Amed. You can also rent the tank in places where you like to dive. Like Tulamben.

Hi
in april we will dive 5 days in Tulamben and 5 days i Amed . In Tulamben smoothly we will rent tanks & weights without a guide , in Amed mayby ? So we would like to rent a car to carry gear to dive site in Amed . But i didn't find any car rental in both places
best regards

Because of course you know very well the sites, who to pay the fees from diving on the beach, what is the price for carrying the tanks (mandatory in Tulamben).
in Amed there are only a very few spots accessible from the beach , but I guess you know sufficient bahasa in order to hire a jukung, explain your dive plan to the boatman so that he will be able to catch you at the end of the dive.

Do not be sad ;), we dive safely . If without a guide than in the calm spots
best regards

So yeah..... Tulamben and Amed don't really work that way. All of the dive sites are pretty much "calm spots." The challenging aspects of the dives are figuring out where to go and who gets what and how much at each dive site. After you are "bule taxed" a few times and unimpressed by Bali diving, you will probably wonder where to find a good guide. Thing is they navigate just as much above water as they do below.

thank you, although map of dive site and their partial descriptons we'll see less, it will be better if part of dives will be guided . Private guide solve the need to adopt to the group
Best regards
