The nearest springs are in Orlando/Ocala, which is about 3-4 hours drive up from WPB (to the springs, not Orlando itself which is only 2.5 hours).


don't forget Blue Spring, before you get to Orlando. it's cheap, and
you don't need cavern cert (but can't carry a light unless cavern cert).

You should just head this way Frank (Lauderdale) :eyebrow: !!! Better diving, and if we cant dive we have the old Famous stand in ....ScubaJenny's pad. Sea's are still looking like 5-6. If you want to dive in murky cold water with no fish, your welcome to head down to Jules with us (only 2 of us are doing that one). Also there's a terrific parade on Saturday MardiGras, Jenny will have to give you the details.

The weekend will be great either way if you find a few Conch divers to hook up with. I think we have me, KBeck, ScubaJenny, NovaFury, Orlando Eric, so far hanging (I know there's more somewhere) C'mon down and join the fun!

but dude, you made it sound like Blue Spring was up past Orlando, with
the rest of the springs :wink:
