300 bar for me. I have no desire to ever use A-clamps again.

Try Diver's Supply for 300 bar Sea Elite H-valves. If they're still not on the website, simply give them a call.

Or is it a matter of diving style/convenience?
Yoke connections won't handle high pressure fills (above 3000 psi, I believe).

No failures while I still used them, but after moving to DIN, yoke connections just don't seem as secure. I'm moving toward overhead diving, so that's a big concern.

I don't use single tanks at all. I only dive with doubles, all my sets have 300 BAR isolation manifolds.

Don't use 'em often -- well, not for several years actually -- but a single with an H is fine for smaller dives... not only in cavern but any minor overhead... such as wreck dives with short deco obligation and / or minor penetration.

I use a single h-valve part of the time just because I have one on my tank.. I just haven't bothered to remove it since I put it on for an Adv EANx class.

I use a lp104 with a 200 bar din h valve. I have the yoke inserts but have been changing my regulators over to din fitting.

Are what I use on my singles. In my application (apeks ATX200) they work better than the H valve.

But good luck getting your hands on any, they import maybe 6 every other month!!
